Personen: naam, emailadres, telefoonnummer en indien noodzakelijk adres.

Hoe wordt de verzamelde informatie gebruikt?

De verzamelde informatie wordt alleen gebruikt voor facturering en voor het opnemen van contact met betreffende persoon.

Wordt de verzamelde informatie doorgegeven aan derden?

Er wordt geen verzamelde informatie doorgegeven aan derden behalve onze externe boekhouder die per factuur de firmanaam en het factuurnummer boekt en dus geen gegevens opslaat m.b.t. adres en plaats. In het boekhoudprogramma bevindt zich geen klantenbestand.

Marketing

JG Electronics voert geen actieve marketing zoals het versturen van mails, drukwerk enz.

De verzamelde informatie wordt opgeslagen in een adresbestand dat zich op een computer bevindt die beveiligd is d.m.v. een wachtwoord en alleen gebruikt wordt door de eigenaar van JG Electronics. JG Electronics heeft geen personeel en er wordt ook nooit extra personeel tijdelijk ingehuurd.
